General Information

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 72 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Wisdom Products will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

SALES TAX
We are required to charge local sales tax in states where Wisdom Products has a physical presence. We collect tax for deliveries to California

Please note: All funds must be in U.S. dollar currency. Personal checks are subject to clearance (approximately 10 days) before an order is processed. Checks must have street address (no PO Box) and supply phone number. All returned checks will be charged a $10.00 fee and no further orders will be processed until account is paid in full. We do not accept personal checks outside of the U.S.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
After you click "Submit Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address entered when the order was placed. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account.
Click on “Order History” to review order status.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry.

BACK ORDER POLICY
We do not backorder. If we cannot fill your order complete within a reasonable amount of time, we will ship your order less the missing item/s. If payment method is credit card we will only charge you for items shipped.


Shipping & Returns

GUIDELINES
We ship most orders UPS or FedEx unless U.S. Mail is requested. For UPS we must have a street address as we cannot ship UPS to a PO Box.
Wisdom Products makes every attempt to ship U.S. Priority Mail, but if the amount enclosed for shipping does not cover Priority Mail we will ship the package U.S. Ground.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
Shipping charges may change without notice. If shipping costs are more than quoted by our website we will contact you with the correct shipping amount.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note: we cannot ship aerosol sprays outside of the United States or to any U.S. territories.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import dues and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If actual shipping charges are less than shown we will charge the correct shipping and handling amount.
If shipping charges are more than quoted we will contact you with the correct shipping charges.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Wisdom Products, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Wisdom Products. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

SHIPMENT DAMAGES AND/OR SHORTAGES
Should packages being received be damaged, broken or opened resulting in shortage of merchandise in that particular package the delivery driver must mark this on his or her delivery sheet before you sign as having received the shipment. Immediately file a claim with carrier. Retain the merchandise and packaging material for inspection by carrier. You cannot recover for damages without these items. Packaging is done very carefully, however due to bulky packaging items can go unnoticed between the packaging materials. It is important you check immediately that you received all the items listed as shipped on your packing slip before discarding packaging. If you see that an item and/or items are missing you must file a claim to Wisdom Product within 5 days of receipt of order.

RETURNS POLICY
All Sales are Final and no Returned Merchandise is accepted unless authorization has been given. All claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of order. There is a 10% restocking charge on each order unless fault or error is ours. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless fault or error is ours and authorization was given. Please open your parcels immediately and inspect for damage or shortages. If your order has been processed/picked and you request the order to be canceled before it ships there is a 15% restocking fee.
