Use the 'Cross of Caravaca,' the wishing cross for Good Luck, Health and Protection against Evil.  The Cross of Caravaca should be carried or nailed to the inside of your door.  In case of sickness, place the cross on the affected part of your body and kiss it after removing it.  Indulgences are gained in all occasions in which the Cross is used. Pray 3 Glory Be, to the Passion of Jesus Christ, 3 Hail Mary's to the Holy Virgin and one Our Father to Saint Benito.  These prayers should be said each day when necessary in order to obtain more abundantly the fruit of your devotion.
